Mobile Fleet Refurbished

Spring 2016 has seen the workshops busy at Norfolk Marine’s Donegal base. The company's mobile diving units have been completely stripped and refurbished. The trailer and lorry mounted dive systems are designed to allow the company’s dive teams to carry out Inshore Civils works and in-harbour vessel maintenance with ease.

Both systems are equally at home on large Civil Engineering Projects or visiting vessels at the quay side for inspection and repair works. Equipped with full surface suppled LP/HP diving systems, hat mounted CCTV, DVD recording facilities, and a wide range of NDT inspection equipment the Mobile Dive Units are high versatile. Both Units carry Underwater cutting and welding equipment along with a wide array of hand tools to enable most jobs to be tackled without delay.

The company carries a wide range of complementary equipment that can be deployed with the dive teams. From a 35ton/m Mobile Crane Lorry to Underwater Hydraulic powered tools, diamond cutting equipment and a variety of hand held dredging tools to suit all jobs.

The Truck Mounted System is based at Norfolk Marine’s Lowestoft Yard in the UK, while the trailer mounted Unit operates across Ireland and the UK. The company is DNV GL certified for in water vessel inspections along with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and can work with your surveyor to carry out inspections and repairs works.
